Jason Aldean isn’t done “burnin’ it down” yet. The country music star is extending his sold-out tour into 2015 and has announced 23 more dates. Cole Swindell and Tyler Farr will join Aldean on tour as opening acts.
The second leg of the tour will launch in Greenville, South Carolina on February 12. Aldean plans on changing his setlist a bit and finding new ways to connect with his audience. The artist says he’s trying to find new ways to make people who have “the worst seats” feel like they’re a part of the show.
Aldean’s album Old Boots, New Dirt peaked at Number One on the Billboard 200 chart. It also broke the record for most first day and first week streams for a country singer on Spotify.
While Aldean plans on changing up his setlist, we can be sure he’ll play his hits “Hicktown,” “Tattoos On This Town,” “Amarillo Sky,” “Johnny Cash,” “Don’t You Wanna Stay” among others.
Cole Swindell and Tyler Farr will serve as opening acts. Swindell is known for his single “Chillin’ It” from his debut album. He also opened for Luke Bryan.
Farr is best known for his single “Redneck Crazy,” but “A Guy Walks Into a Bar” and “Whisky in My Water” were also hits.
Swindell and Aldean are both Georgia natives. All three acts are good friends. The additional tour leg will pass through 16 states.
